Christmas music: most people love it…some people hate it. I admit, I am a lover of ALL things Christmas, including repetitive un-inventive lyrics in overplayed songs. However, I try really, really hard to not use overplayed songs in my recitals. So, here are some little gems I’ve found!
Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy by Pentatonix
It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas by Michael Buble
White Christmas by Michael Buble
Linus & Lucy by Piano Tribute Players
Deck the Rooftop by Glee Cast
Little Saint Nick by The Beach Boys
You’re a Mean One Mr. Grinch by Whirling Dervishes
Sleigh Ride by Boston Pops Orchestra
All music from the Nutcracker. Especially: March, Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy, Waltz of the Snowflakes, Chinese Dance, and Waltz of the Flowers.
It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas by Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse
Chocolate Fudge by Mannheim Steamroller
Faeries From “The Nutcracker” by Mannheim Steamroller
Wizards in Winter by Trans-Siberian Orchestra
A Mad Russian’s Christmas by Trans-Siberian Orchestra
